It is already ! It’s forcing you to show off that body of yours! Pretty annoying, huh? “Body” is generally defined as muscly, with abs, and ripped back. People expect you out of that natural haven of yours and be on the mainstream instead. Gaining muscles is so mainstream and if you don’t want to have those, there are many ways on not to grow them.

1. Facebook all day long!

and Facebook all night long!

2. Lechon, chocolates, carbs, and that favorite soda of yours + doing nothing = definitely no muscles!

Like literally, don’t do anything that will make your precious sweat come off.

3. Eat like it’s the world’s going to end the next day.

4. Don’t ever hit the gym… LIKE EVER!

… because you have a home where you can do the work.

5. Procrastination is your best friend…

…to everything.

6. Generally the television, particularly binge-watching those shows suggested by your friends…

7. You should always stress yourself.

Because according to studies, when you have chronic stress, your body steps up its production of cortisol and insulin. Which in turns increases your appetite that leads you to eat chocolates and sweet foods.

8. Just sleep all day.

9. Frequently hangout with that one friend, or his fat friends.

Birds of the same feathers are the same birds.

10. Aside from watching that telenovela, why not avail that Masterchef show on cable?

The subscription price is just low, you know.
