With the coming super typhoon tomorrow, Nov. 8, 2013, the 65th Mega Jobs Fair will be postponed.

This is a joint project of the Cebu City Government, Department of Manpower Development and Placement (DMDP), and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

The original date of this event was set on November 9, 2013 but has been moved to November 23, 2013.

The job fair is initiated by Cebu City Mayor Micheal Rama, back when he was still a City Councilor.

Since then, he has been dubbed as the “Father of Cebu City Jobs Fair.”
