As of 11 PM of November 8, 2013, Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority has already resumed their normal operations.

All passengers are urged to check the rescheduling of their arrival and departure times with their respective airline companies.

According to MCIAA, flight schedules are expected to normalize on November 9, 2013.

According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), typhoon Yolanda has become slightly weakened as it continues to move to the West Philippine Sea.

The eye or center was seen through Tagaytay Doppler Radar 30 km West of Coron, Palawan, with maximum sustained winds of 195 near the eye and gustiness of 230 kph.

Yolanda is expected to be out of Philippine Area of Responsibility or PAR at around 2 PM of November 9, 2013.
