Welcome to the 5th National Milo Little Olympics.

Sports have always been integral to human development.
Not only does it provide an avenue for the promotion of health, sports also promote values such as team work, discipline, respect, and pride.

A sporting competition is a meeting of teams or players, matching their abilities, pitting one’s skills and strengths against the other. At the end of the day, players are rankedm filed, and given awards. However, greater that the recognition and the awards, is what you bring with you to the competition.

Sporting events are the culmination of the hard work and dedication an athlete has personally put into training and practice. Those long hours of drills, conditioning – both mind and body, finally put to the test but not only against a competitor. You test it against who you were before.

Events like these allwo you to make champions of yourselves, to be a better than you were before.

Congratulations not only to the winners but to all the participants.
