They finally decided to come to Cebu after hooded men went to their place and told them they were next.

Looting was already rampant two days after super typhoon Yolanda devastated Eastern Visayas including Tacloban City.

They hope things will normalize a few days later. But it never did.

So they had to charter a plane and sought refuge in Cebu.

Richard Ang, a school owner in Tacloban City talked about his horrifying experienced from surviving the killer storm to his escape from the deadly situation in Tacloban City.
